In 16 January 2019, Nur Ilmam Iqbal bin Ab Rahim started his own business named Dalkchis at the age of 21 years old. The word Dalkchis comes from Korean's word, "Dalk"- chicken and  "Chis"-cheese.

Mr. Iqbal  started his  first operation located at his own house where he prepared and cook from home then he did  delivery service within his area which in Banting, Selangor. Few months later, he received a lot of positive feedback so he upgraded his kitchen equipment and opened a new stall in March 2019 located at Bossku Village, Kanchong Darat Banting. As people are starting to enjoy his food, he expanded his business and opened a new branch at Last Corner, Jenjarom Banting.
